Kicking

Thomas has loved to kick from Day 1, but he has finally decided that he likes to be on the floor and kick his jingly thing. Thanks to cousins Jack and Charlie for this toy!

Baby Pool Drama

Thomas LOVES bathtime, so I thought he would like a baby pool. I went ALL over Newnan looking for one, and I'm pretty sure I got the last one here for the season. I took it out to the backyard, filled it up, and Thomas was definitely not sure how he felt about it. After all that it ended up having a hole and so I had to take it back. Oh well...next year.

Standing Up

We know that it will be awhile before Thomas walks (or at least I hope so!), but he sure does like to stand up when we're holding him!

Dad, we miss you!

For the past two weeks Brax has been on an audit and so out of the office. He's still home in the evenings, although later than normal, and Thomas and I don't get to see him at lunch like we usually do. I know we're totally spoiled, but we miss him when he's gone! We sent him this picture one day last week so he'd know we were thinking about him.

Papa & Mimi's Visit

A few weekends ago Brax's parents came for a visit. Thomas got to read and snuggle with them while they were here.

Bumbo

Thomas got this great thing called a Bumbo as a gift. Now that he can hold his head up he can sit in it! It's still a little tiring for him, but he's getting the hang of it.

Four Months

On August 16 Thomas turned 4 months. He's still a little guy, but he's growing!

Roll Tide!

Only 29 days until college football. Thomas is getting excited about watching the Crimson Tide as well as the Razorbacks!

The Lake

We spent another weekend at the Lake. Thomas reached for a toy for the first time, got to hang out with his Great Uncle Jim, get bottles from Papa John and Mimi, and spend a very giggly hour with his Aunt Katey. Brax and I played lots of cards and relaxed!

There's First Time For Everything!

Today Thomas sat in his exersaucer for the first time, and his high chair for the first time. They're both a little too big for him, but we managed!

Favorites

Thomas is getting too long to wear a lot of his 0-3 month clothes and I can't believe it! I've put away a box of those clothes, but I wanted to take a picture of him in a couple of my favorite outfits before he was really too big to wear them.
